Global Communications Trust Council (GCTC) operates under a transparent, independent, and non-commercial governance framework designed to ensure neutrality, accountability, and ethical conduct in all its activities.

The governance structure is designed to balance industry collaboration with independence, ensuring that no single organisation, sector, or commercial interest can influence the Council’s research or advisory outputs.

General Body – Comprising all members of the Council with voting rights
Governing Council – Responsible for strategic direction, oversight, and policy decisions
Secretariat – Responsible for day-to-day operations and coordination
Advisory Board – Independent experts serving in a non-voting, consultative capacity
Technical Working Groups – Domain-specific expert groups focused on research and analysis

GCTC is vendor-agnostic, non-commercial, and independent of lobbying activities. Membership or participation in GCTC does not imply endorsement of any organisation, product, or service.

All members, advisors, and contributors are required to adhere to a formal Code of Ethics and Conflict-of-Interest Policy to preserve the integrity and credibility of the Council’s work.
